Notarization for the Digital Age
New York State now offers electronic notarization which ensures that your documents are secure, verifiable, and available to you at all times. We use an approved notarization platform, SIGNIX, which is reliable, secure and convenient. You will love the convenience of e-notarization and still have the option of contacting us to schedule traditional in-person notarizations in our Harlem location.
UPDATE: FACIAL BIOMETRICS NOW AVAILABLE
Beginning on Monday, January 22, 2024, we are approved in New York State to use facial biometrics as an option when conducting ID verification with signers. This will be particularly helpful for foreign nationals who want to conduct business in the U.S.! All you will need during the signing is your ID which will be matched to a biometric scan of your face during the online session.
About Me and E-Notarization
I am a former NYC special education teacher working for a special education law firm in the City. I do legal drafting under attorney supervision and perform other paralegal tasks. I love helping to educate our clients on their next steps for their case.
I obtained my electronic/online notary license in February 2023 and love how simple it makes the process for everyone. No longer do you need to search for an in-person notary! I'm also a bit of a technophile and love educating others on new, easy ways to accomplish things.
You only need to follow a few easy steps for e-notarization:
- Set up a Zoom appointment with me and pre-pay based upon the service needed.
- Email your document that needs to be notarized via our HIPAA-compliant encrypted email platform (address provided after securing your appointment).
- Meet at the designated time via Zoom with your state-issued ID ready.
- I will guide you during our Zoom meeting through the steps for electronically notarizing your document.
- Receive your finalized notarized document(s) directly from our secure notarial platform.
Encrypted and Secure
We understand the need for security and HIPAA compliance when emailing your sensitive documents for notarization. Any documents you send to us will be sent using a secure, encrypted messaging platform. We will provide you with the address details when you contact us for an appointment.
Writing and Other Services
